Clothing that is dyed in your colours and made to your unique design looks far better than me-too off the shelf clothing that is simply branded in the UK but the problem has always been reliability of supply. There is no doubt that Bespoke Clothing has more gravitas and percieved value than off the shelf clothing and makes a more impressive gift.

Deckard have supplied Bespoke Clothing for 20 years and have established relationship with reliable good quality ethically audited factories.

We started as Identity Textiles importing high quality Bespoke T-shirts, polos, and fleece from Turkey.  They were great quality but Turkey was expensive so we had to look further afield.  Our main goal has always been reliable quality and honest suppliers. If something is going to be late, they must admit to this early on so we can see what else can be done and the bulk order must conform to the approved proof sample quality. 

We have sourced from many factories in Bangladesh, Pakistan & China but we prefer Chinese Factories as they are more reliable and will do smaller volumes. Their prices are higher because of duty but this is our position.  I read that Walmart account for a large % of Bangladeshi production but they were considering their position as they could not control the quality or the business ethics of the factories they use.

We realised that if Walmart cannot control this with their huge resources what chance do we stand?  So, we buy from China and the factories we deal with are ethically audited, produce good quality garments and branding and are reliable. Our factories only use Japanese embroidery machines for their branding.

Over the years we have produced the following garments:

·         Polyester breathable T Shirts (Cotton T shirts are too expensive in China compared to Bangladesh so it is unlikely we will be competitive on price for these but our quality is good)

·         Polo shirts – Our factory makes for leading brands and are great quality.

·         Fleece – we supply lined and unlined micro fleece jacket.

·         Sweatshirts – we have supplied some great knitted garments but not standard sweatshirts.

·         Softshell Jacket

·         Lightweight mesh lined and quilted jackets.

·         Heavy duty Rain & Wind proof Outer jacket

·         2 in 1 Shower proof Rain Jacket

·          Baseball caps, scarves, and Knitted hats

·         Sublimation printed breathable polyester sports vests & T- shirts.

The factories prefer a MOQ of 1000 but will consider orders of 500 if they can get the fabric, The Chinese Government has closed many dye houses as part of their anti pollution drive so the remaining  dye houses are more selective of which projects they will accept (Many won’t consider orders of less than 1000 pieces and those that do will charge a premium)  

Branded Accessories

We can add woven neck labels, raised PVC labels, Hang Tags, 3D PVC & Metal moulded zip pulls and badges etc to make the garments look more retail quantity with only a modest impact on price. The difference in quality between retail and promotional garments can be exaggerated but by simply adding a woven neck label you make the garment unique to your brand instead of being another off the shelf promo polo shirt

Usually, jackets take 60-70 days and polo shirts 50 days and we can ship by sea in 45 days although Freight by train is looking attractive in 30 days for only a modest premium.

We charge 50% with order with the balance on delivery and we guarantee we will deliver good quality garments on time.
